Ali Kadayifci is an experienced civil engineer with a robust background in design management and technical leadership across various high-profile infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Alternative Delivery Integration Discipline Manager - Structures at S&B USA Construction & Fay since May 2025, Kadayifci previously held positions such as Design Manager at ASN Constructors and Design Project Manager at IC Ictas - Astaldi JV, notably on significant projects like the M11 Moscow-St. Petersburg Highway and the WHSD Highway Project. With a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University and extensive experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, Ali has consistently optimized design solutions, led design teams, and managed complex project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality and budget requirements throughout a career spanning over a decade.
