Merlyne Docteur-Poleon

Merlyne Docteur-Poleon is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at SBA Communications since July 2021. Merlyne has developed and implemented innovative recruiting strategies and has extensive experience in full life-cycle recruiting, collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to meet staffing needs. Prior to SBA Communications, Merlyne held various roles at Inktel Contact Center Solutions, including Talent Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process across multiple locations and developing talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, Merlyne has served as a Mobile Notary Signing Agent in Florida and has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Registered Nursing from Miami Dade College.
