Gaurav Uppal

Gaurav Uppal currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for CRM Platform Apps at SBI Card since December 2018, where responsibilities include technical project management and solution design, overseeing multiple teams with over 40 resources, and managing the complete CRM application lifecycle. Prior to this role, Gaurav worked as a Technical Consultant at IBM, specializing in Siebel CRM, and held the position of Information Technology Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, as well as Technology Analyst at Infosys. Gaurav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, completed in 2009.
