Vinay Kapoor

Vinay Kapoor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise application leadership and project management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at SBI Card since December 2017, Vinay focuses on strategic initiatives that enhance productivity and growth through the adoption of new technologies. Prior to this role, Vinay held the position of Vice President at SBI Card, overseeing the delivery of 55 IT projects as part of a transformation from GE Capital. Vinay's experience at GE Capital from 2004 to 2017 included leading the IT divestiture and negotiating transition arrangements. Earlier career roles at Colwell & Salmon and RPG Paging contributed to a strong foundation in operations management, BPO setup, and project lifecycle management. Vinay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Bangalore University and completed education at St. Xavier School in Delhi.
