Kyle Shelato

Kyle Shelato currently serves as an Engagement Manager at SBI, The Growth Advisory, overseeing teams that deliver go-to-market strategies and sales and marketing enhancements for clients across various industries. Previously, at EY, Kyle held multiple roles including Manager in Business Transformation and Strategy, where responsibilities included directing consulting teams in organizational change initiatives and developing strategic solutions for diverse sectors, such as digital operating models and eCommerce strategies. Earlier experience also includes a role as Senior Consultant in Strategy and a summer associate position at Deloitte, complemented by military leadership as a Company Commander in the U.S. Army. Kyle holds an MBA with a focus on Strategic Marketing and Consulting from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, as well as dual bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Lehigh University.
