Lorna Karaj

Lorna Karaj, MBA, PMP, currently serves as an Engagement Manager and Executive Consultant at SBI, The Growth Advisory, since May 2022. Prior to this, Lorna held several significant positions at PTC from November 2017 to May 2022, including Core SaaS GTM Director and Global Transformations Office Program Manager, where notable contributions included establishing a field academy and implementing governance for IoT customers. Lorna’s experience also encompasses a tenure at Dell EMC from October 2013 to November 2017, where responsibilities spanned from Project/Program Management Advisor to Inside Partner Account Manager, focusing on operational efficiency and partner interactions. Lorna has prior experience at EXL Service as a Lead Services Specialist. Academically, Lorna is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership at Northeastern University, holds an MBA in Finance from Clark University, and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and International Relations from Boston University.
