Mercy Cheruiyot

Mercy Cheruiyot is an experienced project management professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager of IT Business Projects at SBM Bank Kenya since October 2025. Prior to this role, Mercy worked as a Project Management Support Specialist at Britam from January 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities included supporting strategic projects, facilitating system implementations, and ensuring governance alignment.
