Rita Correia

Rita Correia is a seasoned Contingent Workforce Specialist at SBM Offshore since August 2023, specializing in aligning workforce plans with project and regional requirements while supporting strategic workforce planning through data-driven insights. Previously, Rita served in various roles at COFCO International from December 2019 to July 2023, including leading global talent acquisition efforts across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions, and providing strategic HR support as a Human Resources Specialist. Additional experience includes HR roles at LUZA Group, focusing on performance management and employee engagement, and social work positions at Comissão de Proteção de Crianças e Jovens and Junta de Freguesia de São Roque. Rita holds a Master's degree in Serviço Social from Universidade Fernando Pessoa and participated in the Erasmus program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
