Isha Mendonza is currently a Senior Associate in OMNI Marketing at SC Johnson, focusing on the Air Care segment. Previously, Isha held various roles, including Associate Sales Analyst and eCommerce Management for the Sam’s Club/Walmart Team, where they implemented sales reports and training programs. Isha has also contributed to brand management as an intern, developing product line extensions for the Glade brand, and supported first-year students as a Peer Mentor at the University of Michigan. Their earlier experience includes serving as Co-President of the Michigan IASA and working as an Academic Tutor, where they enhanced students' understanding in various subjects. Isha is pursuing a degree at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, expected to be completed in 2024.
