Valentin Nikolov has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2011, they were an Administrative Assistant at Gelin EOOD. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Sales Consultant at Praktiker. During this time, they also worked as a Warehouse Supervisor at H&M. In 2016, Valentin worked as a Customer Service Technical Support at SiteGround Web Hosting Company. From 2018 to 2019, they held the role of Customer Sales Specialist at FastComet, where they were responsible for signing new potential customers and providing assistance to existing clients for technical inquiries/issues. Finally, Valentin currently works as a Sales Expert at ScalaHosting.

Petar Iontchev has over 14 years of work experience in the customer service, business development, affiliate program management, sales and account management, and website design industries. From 2006 to 2014, they held various roles at Aplus.net Abacus America, Outsource Consulting Ltd., Comodo, Codero, Sdelkite.bg, TravelStoreMaker, SimbaGames Plc., Commission Share, and Scala Hosting. Their roles included Sales Representative and Account Executive, Sales and Account Manager, Dedicated Sales and Account Manager, Sales and Account Executive Manager, Business Development Manager, and Director of Customer Service.

Petar then attended the Universitet za nacionalno i svetovno stopanstvo from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. Petar continued their education at the New Bulgarian University from 2006 to 2007, also earning a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.

Pavel Shopov has been in the tech industry since 2014. Pavel started their career at Tek Experts as an HP Software Support Engineer Level 1, where they were responsible for responding to customer requests via calls, emails, e-chat and ticketing system. In 2015, they joined GoDaddy as a VIP, Sales and Retentions Supervisor, Team Lead Phone Support, Supervisor Technical Support and Senior Technical Support Specialist. In this role, they maintained staff by orienting and training employees, enforced quality and customer service standards, and attended educational workshops. Pavel also provided technical customer support, offering solutions and raising support tickets on customers' behalf. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Operations Team Manager at ScalaHosting.

Lyubomir Tsvetanov has been working in the hosting industry for the past three years. Lyubomir began their career in 2017 as a Support in a Hosting provider company at ICN.BG. In 2020, they moved to Scala Hosting and currently works as a Technical Support Specialist in a Hosting Company.

Kliment Trendafilov has been working in the field since 2015. Kliment began as a Digital Marketing Manager and Professional Photographer at Shaker ADV. In 2017, they began working at Ogledi.bg as an Interior Photographer. That same year they also began working at Prodai Sam as an Interior Photographer, where they were tasked with creating a digital presentation of different estates. In 2020, they began working at Scala Hosting as a Customer Service Representative.

Georgi Chadarov has over 15 years of work experience in the IT field. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an IT Specialist for the Municipality of Ihtiman and the Municipality of Dolna Banya. From 2005 to 2008, they were a System Administrator for the Bulgarian Internet Company. From 2007 to 2008, they were a Specialist IT Support for the Bulgarian Telecommunication Company, where they were responsible for hardware and software support of computer systems, maintaining office infrastructure, co-located and office servers and network equipment, and domains management and end-user support of web sites and mail servers for the company and end-users. From 2008 to present, they have been the Director of Support Operations and Senior System Administrator for ScalaHosting.

Deyan Mandadzhiev has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry. From 2016 to 2018, they served as a Computer Operator for THE NET, where they were responsible for servicing and maintenance of computer systems for state and municipal enterprises, software installation and licensing, and placement and settings of routers and switches. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Founder & SysAdmin at Net Sec Telecom, where they created websites for clients' business needs. In 2019, they became the Co-Founder & Front-End Developer at Webify.bg, where they specialized in the development of online stores, presented with a beautiful & creative design, and crafted strategies for all Marketing teams, Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative. In 2021, they took on the role of System Operator at Lirex COM, and in 2022, they began working as a Technical Support Specialist at ScalaHosting.
