Gauvain Marquet

Gauvain Marquet has extensive experience in research and development, currently serving as the team lead for R&D at Scalair since October 2018, where responsibilities include team management, budget oversight, and backend development using Python/Django and Go, alongside tools such as AWS and Kubernetes. Previously, Gauvain worked at ProRealTime as a C/C++ developer, focusing on server-side applications and real-time market data redistribution. Academic credentials include a doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, with research centered on multi-objective optimization, supported by roles as a doctoral assistant and monitor in computer science courses. Gauvain also gained practical experience through internships at Inria, enhancing algorithm designs and developing applications in various domains, including 3D navigation and genomic analysis.
