Gerlinde Boback

Gerlinde is the Vice President of People at Scandit. Prior to Scandit, Gerlinde built an international career in Talent and Human Resources roles in global blue-chip companies such as Compaq, KPMG, American Express and TUI. Most recently, Gerlinde served as the HR Director for London-based patient capital VC IP Group plc. She has initiated and led global projects and combines strategy and innovation with a strong desire to create things that make a difference to organisations and people’s lives.

Gerlinde holds a MSc in Psychology from the University of Vienna and an MBA from the UK’s Open University.
