Aishwarya Gundaiah

Aishwarya Gundaiah is a Senior Manager and Head of IT for Scania People and Culture at Scania Group since January 2015, overseeing a team of over 58 employees and consultants in IT deliveries linked to the P&C transformation program. Responsibilities include leadership coaching, organizational development, and global stakeholder management. Aishwarya has held various managerial roles within Scania, focusing on solution architecture, smart factory initiatives, R&D design and process support, and application maintenance. Prior to Scania, Aishwarya worked as a Functional Analyst at GreeneStep Technologies. Aishwarya holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University and a Master's degree in Advanced Computer Science and Information Technology Management from The University of Manchester, among other educational qualifications. Currently, Aishwarya is pursuing the Scania Evolution Program in Management at the Stockholm School of Economics.
