Cinthya Narvaez

Cinthya Narvaez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality improvement and community health services. Currently serving as a Quality Improvement Facilitator (Accreditation Specialist) and Consultant in Project Management and Improvement at Scarborough Health Network since April 2022, Cinthya previously held the position of Manager of Health Systems Planning at Flemingdon Health Centre, along with past roles such as Manager of Seniors Active Living Centres & Outreach at WoodGreen Community Services. Cinthya's diverse experience includes roles as a Project Team Lead and Community Health Worker at Flemingdon Health Centre and as a program coordinator at various organizations. Cinthya holds a Master of Science in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety from the University of Toronto, as well as a Certificate in Teaching & Training Adults and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology.
