Stan Barrett

tan Barrett concentrates his practice in communications regulatory law, with clients in the cable television and cellular telephone industries, and in commercial litigation.

Mr. Barrett is outside counsel to major national communications companies. He is extensively involved with a wide range of regulatory activities and routinely handles right-of-way issues, regulatory licensing, franchise renewals, transfers of regulatory licenses and other regulatory compliance and approval matters. Mr. Barrett has also participated in agency rule-making and related proceedings and has successfully negotiated settlements in major compliance investigations and enforcement actions.
