Law firm Scarinci Hollenbeck has announced attorneys Howard D. Bader and Michael J. Sheppeard are joining the firm to run its New York City office. The pair come to Scarinci Hollenbeck from Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler, where Mr. Bader was Managing Partner and Mr. Sheppeard was partner.
“Howard and Michael are an elite team of attorneys who understand the intricacies of law that businesses operating in New York, New Jersey and abroad, require,” said Scarinci Hollenbeck Managing Partner Donald Scarinci. “Howard’s experience serving as managing partner for twenty-five years combined with Michael’s experience leading their prior firm’s commercial litigation practice group make them the perfect pair to help lead the firm’s New York office for years to come.”
Mr. Bader and Mr. Sheppeard played an influential role in developing Ballon Stoll Bader & Nadler into a respected and robust practice, and have represented clients from a range of industries including garment, fashion & apparel, food & beverage, technology, and finance. They have particular expertise in helping Asia-based companies expand into the U.S., in areas of franchising, licensing, distribution, and international trade.
"I am excited to begin this new chapter with Scarinci Hollenbeck,” said Mr. Bader. “It is a pleasure to work alongside some of the tri-state area's finest practitioners of the law and I am thrilled to be leading the firm’s New York practice."
