Sara Wilkes is the Customer Experience Director at SCC. Sara has over 20 years of experience in customer service and product management. Prior to their current position, Sara was the Head of Service (Strategic Accounts) and Product Management at SCC. In this role, they designed, created and implemented a successful governance and delivery framework for Product Management within SCC. Sara was also responsible for marketing current services and ensuring future possibilities of advancing products and sales.

Before their role in Product Management, Sara was the Head of Service (Strategic Accounts) at SCC where they oversaw a national team of 35 service delivery management staff responsible for 25 million TCV for SCC’s complex MSP accounts. During their time as Head of Service, Sara successfully grew the teams and customers as part of a regional role while ensuring contract delivery, executive relationships and customer satisfaction.

Sara started at SCC in January 2017 as the Head of Service Management (Regional) and Transition. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the transition of customer services from one region to another.

Sara has a proven track record in customer service and product management. Sara is an expert in their field and is dedicated to their work. Sara is a valuable asset to SCC and has been instrumental in the company’s success.

Sara Wilkes was educated at Kings Norton Girls School.
