Amy Alperin is an experienced professional in product innovation and development within the personal care and beauty sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Product Innovation & Development at Scent Theory Products since July 2020, Amy oversees the entire process of product development from ideation to market launch, focusing on innovation and revenue growth for exclusive brands at Walmart and Target. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a consultant in the beauty space, where strategic vision and market strategies were formulated for startups. Additionally, Amy held significant positions at Global Brands Group as EVP and Division Head of the Beauty Division, successfully consolidating acquired companies to enhance sales and profits, and at MZ Berger & Co. as Senior VP of Personal Care, where leadership was provided over children’s personal care products for major retailers. Amy earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
