Ileana Constantinescu

Ileana Constantinescu, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Global IT Service Desk at DB Schenker since January 2016, overseeing global IT services, field support, and incident management. Prior roles at DB Schenker include Head of Governance & Control in IT Contract Logistics and Head of Service and Performance Management. Additional experience includes positions as Workstream Manager at DB Schenker, Product Manager at Sierra Wireless, and various managerial and engineering roles at Anyware Technologies and Multimedia Capital România. Ileana holds an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Business Intelligence from the University of Cambridge, an MEng in Computer Engineering from INSA Toulouse, and both an MEng and BSc in Computer Engineering and Mathematics and Physics, respectively, from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
