Jan Ranke

Jan Ranke holds extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Head of Training & Development at DTCSCHIESSER GmbH since October 2024 and as the Founder of EmpathyEffects since August 2023, focusing on empathy as a superpower. Prior roles include Sr. Consultant at Global DiVision GmbH and Head of Learning and Development at SoSafe, where a solutions-oriented approach was emphasized. Ranke also worked as the Manager of Training & Development for EMEA at SmileDirectClub. In terms of education, Ranke is a certified coach and mediator from the Institut für Mediative Kommunikation und Diversity-Kompetenz in Berlin, having completed training in coaching and mediation.
