Svetozar Kobilarov

Svetozar Kobilarov has over a decade of work experience. Svetozar started their career at ASEE doo, where they worked as an Associate from January 2008 until November 2010. Svetozar then joined Adizes Business Consulting as a Certified Associate from November 2010 to October 2013. After that, they worked at DunavNET as a Project Manager from October 2013 to March 2017. Currently, they are working at Schneider Electric DMS NS, initially as a Project Manager from March 2017 to October 2021, and now as a Senior Project Manager from October 2021 onwards.

Svetozar Kobilarov obtained their MSc degree in Electrical and Computing Engineering from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu, completing their studies from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have earned several certifications. In July 2012, they completed the Diagnosing Organizations through Syndag - Phase 1 of the Aidizes Methodology for Symbergetic Management certification from the Adizes Institute. In the same month, they also obtained the Integrating Participative Organizational Councils, Leading Change Systematicly - Phase 3 of the Aidizes Methodology for Symbergetic Management certification, as well as the Integrating Problem Solving Teams, Synerteams - Phase 2 of the Aidizes Methodology for Symbergetic Management certification. More recently, in February, March, and April 2023 respectively, they obtained the Professional Services Principles Consulting Certificate (PSCC-1, PSCC-2, and PSCC-3) from PS Principles.
