Rita Gomes

Rita Gomes has accumulated extensive experience in quality management, project execution, and operational efficiency within Schneider Electric's Solar Business Unit since 2015, where roles have included Quality, Engineering and Operational Efficiency Director, Project Execution and Process Efficiency Director, and Digital and Process Efficiency Director. Prior to her current tenure, Rita held various managerial positions at Schneider Electric and Siemens, focusing on project management, engineering, and tendering for electrical distribution solutions. Educational qualifications include several leadership and management programs from Schneider Electric and an MBA in Administration/Projects from FGV. Rita holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from FEI, complemented by certifications in coaching and lean manufacturing.
