Simon Baker is currently the Pacific Leader for Procurement & Solutions Supply Chain at Schneider Electric, where they manage end-to-end supply chain operations supporting tendering and delivery teams. With over 20 years of experience within Schneider Electric's Global Supply Chain Community, Simon has developed competencies across various supply chain disciplines and has pioneered strategic roles in the Pacific region. Their past roles include Logistics Performance Manager, Demand Manager, and Lean Warehousing & Methods Manager, where Simon established foundational practices for continuous improvement and logistics management. Simon is also pursuing further education at APICS and Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
