Taiil Kim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, business development, and innovation within the energy and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Global & Senior Director of Strategy, Business Development, and Innovation at Schneider Electric since November 2021, Taiil previously held roles as Global Director of Strategy for the Secure Power and Data Center Business. Prior experience includes leading sales and strategy at HyAxiom, Inc., where responsibilities involved sales, marketing, and government relations, and a robust tenure at Boston Consulting Group, progressing from Associate Consultant to Project Leader and working across various industries. Taiil's educational background includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Yonsei University, complemented by international experience at Peking University and early career roles in marketing and sales at Procter & Gamble and Samsung Electronics.
