Jen Anderson Berry

Jen Anderson Berry has extensive experience in commercial strategy, operations, and human resources across various leadership roles. Since October 2015, Jen has held several positions at Schneider, including Commercial Strategy & Operations Director and Director of Customer Service, after serving as Senior Customer Service Manager. Prior to this, Jen was Human Capital Director at ARI Logistics LLC, where responsibilities included HR business partnering and leadership development. Jen's earlier career at Schneider National involved roles such as Talent Acquisition & Development Manager and Carrier Operations Manager, overseeing various HR functions and operational aspects. Additionally, Jen has a background in interior design, having worked as an Interior Designer/Consultant at Designs by Jennifer and as a Project Manager at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen. Jen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
