Louis Ruiz

Louis Ruiz is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in overseeing production planning and managing large teams. At Schneider since June 2019, Louis has continued to refine operational efficiency. Previously, Louis served in the United States Air Force from July 2009 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing a team of up to 200 technicians for the maintenance and repair of over 700 pieces of critical support equipment and ensuring the upkeep and security of multiple facilities. As a Production Maintenance Supervisor, Louis oversaw the maintenance and repair of NATO equipment for various military forces, while also developing standard operating procedures for substantial maintenance programs. Louis's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Military University and two Associate's degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Educational/Instructional Technology and Aerospace Ground Equipment Technology.
