Olivia Newhouse

Olivia Newhouse is an accomplished recruiting professional with substantial experience in driver recruitment, currently serving as the Driver Recruiting Team Leader and previously as a Senior Recruiting Specialist Lead at Schneider since August 2020. As a Recruiting Specialist Lead, Olivia demonstrated expertise in driver recruiting processes, systems, and technology. Prior to this role, Olivia interned at First English Lutheran Church, where project management and community engagement were key responsibilities, and also held the position of Front Desk Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, overseeing a team of ten employees. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Stirling.
