**About This Role ** Scholars is looking for someone to join the team as an account manager to continue to form and build relationships with our existing employer partners as well as new ones. You will work alongside the Scholars co-founders and will help develop best practices for all things account management at Scholars.

Job Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate overall relationship with assigned clients, which will include: Growing adoption, ensuring retention, and happiness.
  • Manage Scholars Enterprise Customer Base
  • Work with Scholars team for product feedback and insights from customers
  • Have monthly calls with each of your accounts to discuss strategy and answer any questions
  • Develop best practices for surveying customers and collecting feedback
  • Work with customers to solve their problems
  • Work with customers to renew their contracts
  • Be the trusted advisor for the customer and the customer voice at Scholars

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Have a team player mentality, attitude, and drive.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at a time
  • Outgoing and enjoy having conversations with different people throughout the day
  • Experience using Hubspot or other CRMs (nice to have but not required)
  • Handle criticism well and turn problems into actionable solutions
  • Comfortable speaking with people in leadership roles
  • Experience managing projects with minimal supervision (we love entrepreneurs).
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills
  • Adaptability. Scholars is a fast moving startup and there may be other responsibilities that arise over time.
