Sanj de Silva

Sanj de Silva is an experienced communications and corporate affairs professional with a robust background in strategic management and stakeholder engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Communications at Flinders University since May 2024, Sanj also holds the position of Senior Consultant at The Tantalus Group and serves on the Board of Directors for the Schools Ministry Group, focusing on supporting school communities. Previously, Sanj had a significant impact at ResourceCo as the Director of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability, and also worked at Standard Chartered Bank as the Head of Corporate Affairs and Brand & Marketing for nearly a decade. Sanj's extensive career includes roles at British American Tobacco and Q&E Advertising, complemented by an MBA from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
