Kim Stalder

Kim Stalder, MBA, CRL, is an accomplished asset reliability professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and project management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Asset Reliability Team Leader at Schreiber Foods since April 2015, Kim spearheads the company-wide asset reliability strategy, focusing on improving overall equipment effectiveness and lean initiatives. Previous roles include significant contributions at Chiquita and Fresh Express, where Kim managed large-scale capital projects and transformed maintenance operations to achieve substantial labor and cost savings. With a strong educational background that includes an MBA in Project Management from Lakeland University and degrees in Food and Biomaterials Engineering, Kim combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive continuous improvement across organizations.
