Craig Warkol

Craig Warkol is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in securities enforcement. Currently serving as Co-Chair of Securities Enforcement and Partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP since March 2016, Warkol has previously held the position of Partner at Bracewell LLP from June 2006 to March 2016. Warkol's legal career also includes significant roles as Special Assistant United States Attorney at the United States Department of Justice from December 2003 to June 2006 and as Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from September 2001 to June 2006. Warkol earned a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo School of Law between 1996 and 1999 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, obtained from 1992 to 1996.
