Divya Dutta

Divya Dutta is the SVP of Business Development at Scicom MSC Bhd. Divya has over eight years of experience in the field of operations and sales.

Divya started their career at Aegis BPO Malaysia Sdn Bhd in January 2014 as the Chief Operations Officer. As Country Head, they were responsible for the top line and bottom line performance of the company. Divya successfully turned a negative EBITDA into a positive and grew the top line by five times and the EBITDA by ten times.

In December 2018, they joined Scicom MSC Bhd as the Head of Global Sales. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing sales strategy across channels and offerings. Divya has successfully expanded the footprint into new geographies and delivered differentiated value propositions that have created new revenue streams.

Divya is an expert in capital fund raising and has a deep understanding of optimizing cost of operations for long term sustainability. Under their leadership, Scicom MSC Bhd has developed into a profitable and sustainable company.

Divya Dutta has a Bachelor of Commerce from Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University, and a diploma in computers from NIIT.

They are on a team with Kelvin Loke Cheong Hian - CFO, Benny Philip - COO, Business Process Outsourcing, and Wong Yee Ling - SVP, Internal Audit Risk & Governance. Divya Dutta reports to Leo Ariyanayakam, CEO.
