Antoine Bernard

Antoine Bernard is a seasoned professional in human rights advocacy and strategic litigation, currently serving as the Director of Advocacy and Assistance at Reporters sans frontières (RSF) since September 2019, after previously holding roles including Deputy Director General. Antoine also contributes as a Co-Scientific Director and faculty member at Sciences Po since 2010, and is a member of the Commission nationale consultative des droits de l'homme (CNCDH) since November 2022. Additional experience includes a position as a Senior Research Fellow at the Institut des Hautes Etudes sur la Justice from 2017 to 2021, and leadership as CEO of FIDH from 2010 until 2017. Antoine's educational background includes studies at Université Paris Nanterre from 1983 to 1988.
