Sebastien Hua

Sebastien HUA currently serves as the Directeur de la stratégie et du développement at Sciences Po since June 2025. Prior to this role, Sebastien was with Kering from October 2011 to June 2025, where positions included Chief of Staff to the CEO and Group Coordination Director and Digital Business & Client Engagement Director. Sebastien's earlier experience includes a role as Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group from February 2009 to October 2011, and various positions at the Ministère de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères, including First Secretary at the French Mission to the UN and a Desk Officer focused on innovative financing for development from April 2004 to January 2009. Sebastien also held an academic role at Sciences Po from September 2004 to June 2007 as Maître de Conférences and was responsible for the Direction d'Études de Culture Générale (Prep ENA). Educational background includes studies at ENA - Ecole nationale d'administration and Sciences Po from 1997 to 2001.
