Rebecca Kalscheuer

Rebecca Kalscheuer is a highly skilled professional in the food science and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Technician at Scientific Protein Laboratories, LLC since March 2020. Prior to this, Kalscheuer held the position of Product Development Supervisor at Foremost Farms USA, where research focused on dairy ingredients across various food products. Kalscheuer also worked as an Instrumentation Specialist at the Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research, producing dairy ingredients in a pilot plant setting and conducting analytical assessments of ingredient functionality. Earlier experience includes a role as a Summer Student Scholar at the Food Research Institute UW-Madison and a Research Assistant in the Food Science Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kalscheuer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and studied at Marquette University from 1992 to 1995.
