Carlos Krause

Carlos Krause, CISSP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Information Security and Compliance at Scientific Research Corporation since 2025. Previously, Carlos held the role of Head of IT & Security, CISO at OpenZeppelin from 2022 to 2024, where a comprehensive security strategy was developed aligning with the company's goals. Carlos led GRC transformation at Kaseya in 2021-2022, ensuring compliance with various standards and improving security posture. In prior roles, leadership in Governance Risk and Compliance was demonstrated at Riskonnect, CORL Technologies, and SAI Global, focusing on enhancing client security and compliance processes. Carlos' career began at Modulo Security, where global teams were led to deliver consulting and software services. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília.
