Laura Haldane has a diverse background in sales and marketing, with experience in various industries. Laura co-founded SciLeads in 2015, where they served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. At SciLeads, they developed a large-scale platform for lead generation in the academic and BioPharma markets. Laura also played a role in raising awareness for trade shows and analyzing sales data. 

In 2018, Laura became a board member of SAMPS - Sales and Marketing Professionals in Science. Prior to this, they worked at Analytics Engines as a Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2015. In this role, they created the Big Data Belfast Conference and focused on global sales of Big Data Infrastructure Solutions, including NGS solutions for the Genomics Market and Clinical Trial Data Analysis.

Before joining Analytics Engines, Laura was a Regional Sales Engineer at Andor Technology from 2010 to 2014. Laura was responsible for sales in Scandinavia and the Baltics, catering to various scientific applications such as microscopy, x-ray, and astronomy. 

Their career in sales and marketing began at Randox, where they served as a Sales and Marketing Executive from 2009 to 2010.

Laura Haldane completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Queen's University Belfast from 2005 to 2009.
