Colin Levere

Colin Levere serves as the Managing Director and Head of Acquisitions, Partnerships & Expansion at Scotiabank's Scotia Global Wealth Management, directing the Canadian and international expansion strategy through mergers and acquisitions, organic growth, and partnerships. Previously, Colin held the position of Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Strategy & Partnerships at Scotia Wealth Management, where responsibilities included leading the healthcare team and overseeing significant initiatives such as the $2.6 billion acquisition of MD Financial Management and the Healthcare+ Physician Banking Program. With prior experience in strategic transactions and legal counsel for M&A at Scotiabank, as well as legal roles at Clifford Chance and Stikeman Elliott LLP, Colin brings extensive expertise in corporate and securities law. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa, complemented by degrees in Criminology and Arts from the same institution and Acadia University.
