Stuart Cudmore's work experience began in 2000 at South Somerset District Council, where they worked as an Architectural Assistant for one year. From 2001 to 2013, they joined Seymour Harris Architecture as an Architectural Assistant (Part 1 and Part 2). In 2013, they moved to Pick Everard as an Architect and later became a Senior Architectural Assistant before leaving in 2015. From 2015 until the present, they have been with Scott Brownrigg, initially as an Architect and later as an Associate and currently serves as a Project Director.
Stuart Cudmore's education history begins with their time at Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1990 to 1997. During this period, no degree or field of study is specified. Following this, they attended Birmingham City University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Architecture. After a gap, Stuart returned to Birmingham City University from 2008 to 2011 to pursue a Master's degree (RIBA Part 2) in Architecture. Lastly, from 2012 to 2013, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Practice (RIBA Part 3) from Birmingham City University.
