Nicola Ludwig

Nicola Ludwig is a Policy & Research Officer specializing in Social Justice & Equalities at The Scottish Parliament since September 2025. Prior to this role, Nicola served as an Account Manager at Grayling from June 2022 to September 2025, working with clients in sectors such as renewable energy, transport, tech, and the third sector. Nicola's career at Grayling began as an intern, where responsibilities included conducting policy research and writing reports, before progressing to positions as Account Executive and Senior Account Executive. Nicola also gained experience working in Front of House at Hickory from October 2016 to October 2021. Academically, Nicola holds an MSc in Political Communication from the University of Glasgow and a MA (Hons) in International Relations & Politics from the University of Dundee.
