Tracey MacLennan

Tracey MacLennan is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Interim Director of People & Culture at the Scottish SPCA since February 2023. Previously, Tracey held the position of Head of People at OneBanks from March 2022 to March 2023 and was the Head of Organisational Effectiveness at Insights from June 2019 to March 2022. Tracey’s career includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Capco, Talent Solutions Specialist at LHH Penna, and Senior Talent & OD Consultant at Standard Life, among others. Starting in human resources at the Royal Bank of Scotland in 2003, Tracey also gained experience as Training Manager at Jenners Department Store. Tracey holds a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University.
