Megan Belcher

Megan Belcher is the SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Scoular. Megan has previously served as Chief at Scoular, Vice President & Chief Counsel - Employment Law & Compliance at ConAgra Foods, Inc., and Partner at Husch Blackwell. Additionally, they have worked as an Attorney at Husch Blackwell LLP and Missouri Court of Appeals.

Megan Belcher received their J.D. from Boston College Law School, where they focused on labor and employment law and litigation. Megan then went on to earn a Masters Certificate in Human Resources Studies from Cornell University. After working in the corporate governance field for several years, they decided to further their education by earning a Finance for Executives certification from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Megan is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional from the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and a NACD Governance Fellow from the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Their manager is Paul Maass, CEO & Board Member. They work with Phil Van Court - VP & General Manager, Grain Division and Board Member, David Tomlinson - SVP & Chief Information Officer, and Jennifer Deitloff - Chief Diversity Officer.
