Charles Mc Guinness has extensive experience in emergency management and leadership within various organizations. Currently a Fellow at the Royal Geographical Society and Superintendent Registrar at the Health Service Executive, Charles has also held significant volunteer roles, including National Secretary of Scouting Ireland since April 2017 and multiple directorships with organizations such as Bloomfield Hospital and Interaid. In addition to these roles, Charles has contributed to disaster relief efforts as Deputy Team Lead for the Natural Disasters Relief Team at the 25th World Scout Jamboree and has been involved in safety planning for multiple World Scout Jamborees. Charles holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Resources Management from Technological University Dublin and has completed additional studies at the Institute of Public Administration.
