Petros Polakis

Petros Polakis is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial control and analysis within the maritime industry. Since September 2019, Petros has been serving as Finance Controller at Scylla AG. Prior to this role, Petros worked at Kalimbassieris Maritime from October 2017 to June 2019 as Finance & Administration, where responsibilities included monitoring profitability, budgeting, cash flow management, and tax planning. Between September 2007 and August 2017, Petros held the position of Financial Analyst at Akti Shipping S.A., contributing to ship financial projects and assisting in finance management tasks. Petros holds a Bachelor of Science in Maritime Studies from the University of Piraeus and achieved further qualifications from the ICS London Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
