Nikole Richards

Nikole Richards has a diverse work experience in the construction and design industry. Nikole is currently working as a Construction Project Manager - Residential at Seagate Development Group since 2022. Prior to that, they were a Construction Project Coordinator at BIG Renovations & Design from 2021 to 2022, where they handled project coordination tasks such as maintaining client folders, managing vendor files, and assisting with finish selections.

Before that, Nikole worked as a Design Assistant at Edge Cabinet & Space Creators from 2020 to 2021, an Administrative & Design Assistant at SOHO KITCHENS & DESIGN, INC. from 2019 to 2019, and as a Design Coordinator at Collins & DuPont Design Group from 2018 to 2018. Nikole Richards attended Edison State University from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to that, they graduated from Palmetto Ridge High School in 2008, earning a Diploma. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management) from Procore Technologies in June 2022. Nikole Richards also holds a Florida Notary certification, although the institution and specific date of obtaining it are unknown.
