Tobias Grasso

President of The Americas at Sealed Air

Tobias Grasso is President of the Americas at Sealed Air. He is responsible for business and commercial strategy implementation and regional results.

He began his career at Sealed Air in 2015 and managed the company’s former Food Care business as Vice President of Latin America and then President of North America. With more than 30 years of management experience in farming, processing, exports, imports, and the commercialization of food and agricultural products, Tobias now leads a team focused on increasing commercial productivity and ensuring customer value.

Prior to joining Sealed Air, Tobias served as President of Mosaic Brazil for The Mosaic Company, a leading integrated producer and marketer of concentrated phosphate and potash. There he led the strategic growth of the company in South America, including the acquisition of Archer-Daniels-Midland Company’s fertilizer distribution business in Brazil and Paraguay.

Tobias started his career at Cargill, one of the world's top producers and distributors of agricultural products, and spent 18 years at the company ultimately serving in several management and leadership positions in the food, agriculture, and beverage businesses.

He served as Vice President of the Brazilian National Fertilizer Association from 2014 to 2015 and as a Board Member for Fertifos and Fosfertil Fertilizantes from 2005 to 2008.

Tobias is a graduate of Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil with a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing and finance and has Harvard Business School Agribusiness Seminar certification.
