Surbhi Rijhwani is an experienced professional in human capital and executive search, currently serving as the Founder of Search Vantage since April 2024. Previously, Surbhi co-founded and held multiple leadership roles at Search Value, a rapidly growing human capital firm specializing in critical and top management hiring, since January 2016. Surbhi's career includes a dedicated career sabbatical for family nurturing, research analysis at Randstad, consultancy at Pantheon Advisory, and sales insurance at GE Money. Surbhi holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English from Delhi University.
