Jason Ferrara is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Searchspring. Prior to this, they served as the CMO at OutMatch HCM from November 2014 to October 2020. At OutMatch, Jason was responsible for aligning, inspiring, and influencing employees and target markets across all areas of marketing, including brand equity, client acquisition, and client retention. Jason was also a member of the leadership team that executed a successful exit to Rubicon Technology Partners in February 2020.
Some of Jason's key accomplishments at OutMatch include developing the overarching brand strategy that launched the company to their buyer and user persona as well as investment, partner, and analyst communities; defining a complete go-to-market strategy including an ideal customer profile, buyer persona, buyer journey, customer and prospect database, and lead scoring process; building a demand generation engine and performance marketing strategy that drove repeatable and predictable results MOM and YOY; unlocking key performance indicators such as return on marketing investment and target funnel metrics; creating an integrated marcom platform using content marketing, email marketing, online advertising, industry events, public and media relations, social media, and search engine optimization; launching an inaugural free trial product and promotional program that beat expectations for three-day activation as well as drove six-figure sales deals in half the normal sales cycle.
In addition to their marketing responsibilities, Jason also managed sales development teams, built the reseller program, managed the technology partnership program, and directed M&A integration while at OutMatch.

Jason Ferrara has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington. Jason also attended York Community High School.
