Chris started his career in GE Capital’s financial management program. Garry Pejski is currently the VP of Engineering at [Searchspring](/org/searchspring). Garry has been with [Searchspring](/org/searchspring) since January 2021 and was previously the VP of Product & Engineering. In their current role, Garry is responsible for the engineering team and is also in charge of the product team. Garry has made many contributions to [Searchspring](/org/searchspring) since they joined the company. Garry has redesigned the product development process and long term strategy. Garry has also replaced the Product KPIs to align with the organization business objectives around growth and sustainability. In addition, Garry has strengthened the relationship between Product and other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Support. Garry has also worked closely with the marketing team on our go to market strategy and product launches. Garry is also a founding member of the company Diversity initiative and meets weekly to improve our DEI metrics. Garry's contributions have led to many improvements at [Searchspring](/org/searchspring), making it a more successful company overall.

Garry Pejski studied computer engineering technology at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Garry graduated with a diploma in computer engineering technology.

Suhas has over 30 years of experience as a business and technology executive. He was the co-founder of Anju Life Sciences Software and served as the Chief Technology and Product Officer. Prior to that, he held senior positions at AFS and CGI Consulting. Suhas has extensive experience scaling businesses through organic growth and acquisition strategies.

Prior to that, they were the Technology Division Head at [Enova International](/org/enova-international) from June 2019 to February 2020. In that role, they led changes in data management and small business lending divisions through analytics centric architecture and organization transformation.

Before their time at [Enova International](/org/enova-international), Ten Chu was the Chief Technology Officer at Optiver from January 2018 to August 2018.

Prior to that, they were the Director of Finance at [Scaleworks](/org/scaleworks) from September 2019 to January 2021. Before [Scaleworks](/org/scaleworks), Heinkel was with [Rackspace](/org/rackspace) for over 9 years, from November 2009 to August 2019, where they started as a Manager of Finance and ended as a Senior Associate. Heinkel began their finance career at KPMG Audit from September 2006 to November 2009.

Mark Heinkel has a Master of Science in Accounting from [Trinity University](/org/trinity-university), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from [Trinity University](/org/trinity-university) with concentrations in finance and accounting, and certification from The Institute of Internal Auditors in Certification in Risk Management Assurance and Certified Internal Auditor. Jason Ferrara is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at [Searchspring](/org/searchspring). Prior to this, they served as the CMO at OutMatch HCM from November 2014 to October 2020. At OutMatch, Jason was responsible for aligning, inspiring, and influencing employees and target markets across all areas of marketing, including brand equity, client acquisition, and client retention. Jason was also a member of the leadership team that executed a successful exit to Rubicon Technology Partners in February 2020.

Some of Jason's key accomplishments at OutMatch include developing the overarching brand strategy that launched the company to their buyer and user persona as well as investment, partner, and analyst communities; defining a complete go-to-market strategy including an ideal customer profile, buyer persona, buyer journey, customer and prospect database, and lead scoring process; building a demand generation engine and performance marketing strategy that drove repeatable and predictable results MOM and YOY; unlocking key performance indicators such as return on marketing investment and target funnel metrics; creating an integrated marcom platform using content marketing, email marketing, online advertising, industry events, public and media relations, social media, and search engine optimization; launching an inaugural free trial product and promotional program that beat expectations for three-day activation as well as drove six-figure sales deals in half the normal sales cycle.

In addition to their marketing responsibilities, Jason also managed sales development teams, built the reseller program, managed the technology partnership program, and directed M&A integration while at OutMatch.
