Pieter-Paul Weijer

Pieter-Paul Weijer currently serves as the Director of Digital Shipyards Architecture at Seaspan ULC, where responsibilities include overseeing the Enterprise Architecture team and driving the Digital Transformation Program to enhance core business processes through technology. Prior experience at Damen included roles as Business Process Consultant, Manager of IT Cost Optimization, Manager of Business Alignment, and Manager of Group Solution Management, focusing on improving IT processes, aligning business and IT strategies, and managing enterprise applications. Pieter-Paul began a career in consultancy with IFS Benelux, delivering projects in various sectors such as Maritime and Offshore, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Traffic Engineering from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
